Patient's Chief Complaint:
Since childhood, the patient felt that their teeth were different from others, experiencing difficulty in chewing, especially when biting or eating fine foods, which made the masseter muscles on both sides feel very tired. At the same time, they felt their chin deviated to one side and their face was asymmetrical. Seeking orthodontic treatment.

Treatment Plan:
Upon examination, the patient had lost the cutting function of the anterior teeth; anterior crossbite led to facial deviation and poor bilateral symmetry; the upper and lower dental arches were narrow with poor coordination; and the chewing function of the posterior teeth was insufficient. Treatment plan: Clear aligners will be used to retract the lower anterior teeth and distalize the mandibular molars, resolving the issues of insufficient anterior cutting function and facial deviation; maxillary expansion will be performed to improve the chewing function of the posterior teeth on both sides.

Treatment Results:
The teeth were aligned, the anterior crossbite was resolved, and the cutting function of the anterior teeth was restored, which improved the patient's chewing efficiency. After maxillary arch expansion, the patient's airway function was significantly improved. The face also became more symmetrical.
