Patient's Chief Complaint:
Skeletal Class II malocclusion, dental Class I. Uneven teeth, slightly protruding upper teeth, affecting aesthetics. Hoping to align teeth, retract protrusion, and resolve gummy smile through orthodontic treatment.

Skeletal buck teeth is a common dentofacial deformity, also known medically as maxillary protrusion or bimaxillary protrusion. Patients often present with lip incompetence, gingival display (gummy smile) when smiling, and inability to close the lips completely in a relaxed state.

Treatment Plan:
Extraction of all wisdom teeth + teeth #14, #24, and #34. Clear aligner therapy was selected.

Treatment Outcome:
After nearly two years of wearing clear aligners diligently and attending regular follow-up appointments, the teeth are aligned, the protrusion is retracted, and the gummy smile is resolved. Now they can smile with absolute confidence!
