Chief Complaint:
Missing tooth #13 in the upper jaw, seeking implant treatment. Due to an impacted tooth in the bone at the missing site, multiple institutions declined to perform the implant procedure.

Treatment Plan:

For tooth #13, an advanced narrow-diameter implant was placed at an angle to avoid the impacted tooth in the bone (maintaining a 0.9 mm clearance from the impacted tooth). Three months later, the porcelain crown was fitted. Over the past two years, the implant crown has been comfortable, stable, and aesthetic.
