Chief Complaint:

The four maxillary anterior teeth are covered with defective porcelain crowns, which not only compromise aesthetics but have also caused gum recession. The patient is seeking treatment.
 

Treatment Plan:

Remove the defective porcelain teeth and extract the decayed roots, followed by dental implant and crown restorations. For teeth 12 and 22: dental implant + bone graft, with a temporary bridge bonded on the day of implant placement to avoid the embarrassment of missing teeth, followed by the placement of permanent porcelain crowns 3 months later. For teeth 13, 11, and 21: post-and-core + all-ceramic crown restoration.
