7-year follow-up of full-mouth dental implants: still stable.

Chief Complaint: Significant tooth loss, with 7 remaining loose teeth in the upper jaw and only 3 in the lower jaw. Both jaws had poorly fitted porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) bridges. Weak bite accompanied by pain.

Treatment Plan:
Extraction of all loose teeth, immediate placement of 6 implants in the upper jaw and 5 implants in the lower jaw, with temporary fixed bridges fitted on the same day; replacement with permanent fixed bridges after 3 months.

Advantages of the Plan:
Fixed bridges do not loosen during daily chewing, restoring chewing ability; immediate loading after implantation avoids the embarrassment of having no teeth.

7-Year Follow-up:
