A 7-year follow-up of the anterior dental implant showed good osseointegration and healthy periodont

Chief Complaint:
Trauma to the upper incisor, root fracture, requesting aesthetic restoration.

Treatment Plan:

On the day root canal therapy for tooth 21 was completed, the root of tooth 11 was extracted and an implant was immediately placed, with a temporary bridge bonded for restoration. Three months later, two permanent porcelain crowns were placed.

Immediate extraction and immediate implant placement + bone grafting to ensure no post-operative gum recession; temporary transition to avoid social embarrassment; imported all-ceramic crowns for symmetrical aesthetics, excellent biocompatibility, and greater durability.

7-Year Follow-up:
